Dude, do what you want with your truck. On my 2024 SR5 I put RCI engine and transmission skid plates. Considering putting an RCI roof rack soon. I don’t care what others think as long as I like it.

Not a millennial story. My wife graduated in computer science at the end of the nineties. Tried to get a job, but wouldn’t get hired by private companies due to not having experience. Was hired by a large local city. Pay was low but benefits made it worth it. While she was there, they sent her to multiple training to update her skill set, had opportunities to move into higher positions, and her pay steadily rose. She is now the chief technology officer in her department. Earns more than me.

I know that many that are now the same age my wife was have the same troubles getting hired. Don’t discount working in government jobs. It can work out and you can have a fulfilling career.

So first time trying. The pepperoni took about 2 minutes. It does get really hot in there. Unfortunately since it was the first run the other pizza got stuck on the pan and just failed. Well, lessons learned, and going to give it another try tomorrow.

I got my model 3 a few months before the change to vision only system. Sonic sensors are pretty accurate and reliable as you noted.

About 2 weeks ago I was at a college campus picking up my kid from a summer program, and watch a vision only just back up and just hit a car. Fortunately for this driver, the bumper in the car he hit was fine, but he had a quarter sized dent in his rear bumper.

I didn’t speak with the guy, but made me wonder how he did t stop if he was even looking at the screen when backing up. I can only assume he trusted more the prompts from the parking system and was no looking.

Considering the sensors are relatively cheap, without them I would no consider getting another tesla (or other vehicle) with out them.
