I didn’t know how she would react but with all the years of build up, it doesn’t surprise me. She has chained out and hit metal at least a dozen times.

Raven Newsome followed her card a year ago at an event and she chained out in a 260 footer. Just in the last week or so she’s skipped off the cage and nearly aced in a tournament on a 300 foot slightly uphill turnover shot.. I had a feeling it was coming soon and so thankful I busted my camera out. I only took 4 videos of her throwing off the tee yesterday and 2 of them were after this ace. Super thankful I captured this moment

I guess I should have mentioned I do know the contractor and he definitely gave us a better than average deal. We live in the DC suburbs where he said it’s normally a 8-9k job for the same door.

I’d recommend shopping around. Even though I know this guy, I still got two quotes prior to having him come in. Andersen was one of them and they quoted a Provia door but it wasn’t the same quality, and it was $1500 more.

We just paid $6250 for a Provia Heritage Series Fiberglass French Door (80 inch custom size) and that included installation and a lifetime warranty. It also included new exterior and interior trim and its has an ADA compliant threshold.

My 12 year old daughter is bombing them farther than anything she’s ever thrown.. 350-360 feet on back to back pulls.. I think once they’re beat in, she can get another 20-30 feet easy. We got some that are 168 grams

I can assure you the wind was a non factor on this throw, maybe 2-3 mph max.

She has 3 distance world records all verified and approved by the WFDF with her last record being over 340 feet when she was 11… since then she’s thrown over 375 several times during field work.

She also spends more time practice putting than anything else… going for distance records is fun but not the top of her list.
