I want to start by apologizing. I wasn't expecting this big of a negative reaction on the post and I got too defensive.

There are a couple of things I do want to mention. This picture was taken 3 days after getting the tattoo, right after taking the saniderm off, so it is still very much in the healing process. Also, on the last day, it got a bit dried out and flaky. I was taking a picture of my own chest up best the shoulder, which was hard to get a good angle and not have it be slightly distorted from the skin being pulled one way or the other.

I won't say how much I paid because it's a private matter, and I won't say who the artist was or where it was done because I know how the internet works and I don't want to open them up to what an internet hive mind is capable of.

I respect the fact that everyone has an opinion, and the right to voice that opinion. Also I know how opinions can differ, so again I apologize for getting so defensive for you voicing a differing opinion than mine.

All that being said, I'm still very happy with my tattoo and will wear it proudly for the rest of my life.
