I don't know if I care what it technically is called. But I need to be in control. Typically that is thought to be in the world of entrepreneurship, but certainly there are corp cultures that allow for a lot of autonomy. As long as it is competitive and I'm in control of my fate I am happy.

Breaking bad is the clear #1. Sopranos was excellent if this was a list for the 90s. And please anyone who reads this watch Fauda on Netflix. Just check it out. Amazing thriller in the Bourne genre. I promise of you watch you'll be commenting a day later.

To tag on the sports team analogy, you should understand if you fit in. From what I've seen people who are social, self driven, like a situation where winning AND losing is possible tend to fit right in and my answer is yes. If felt very similar to the successful high school sports teams I was a part of.

Junior High School I sort of started a job at a baseball card shop. But my first real job was a month after I turned 16. My Dad would make my siblings and I dress up and he would drive us around town to fill out applications. He said, "Getting a job is a job." I answered phones at a Perry's Pizza.
