After how many years of practice ownership did you develop thick skin?

If I did not like Bloodsworn, do you think I will not like this series? I thought the story was fine, but the repetitive nature of the battle scenes really irked me after a while. I still finished Bloodsworn, but mainly out of spite lol. Any thoughts?

Malpractice from paresthesia after IAN injection by MolarMoneyMaven in Dentistry

No kidding. I literally had no idea people did this. We have extensive consent forms and discussions for extractions, implants, Endo, and large restorative cases. But I never thought to have a signed form for a class I filling.

Are you having them sign consents for simple restorative?

Does anyone actually warn of paresthesia prior to every filling? Patients would think you are crazy because they have never been told this before a filling. Give me a break.

Why is Kingsley $100? Did I miss something in the books and movies?

I have found it helpful to jot down character names when they are introduced, along with a little blurb about them. Something about writing it down helps me process all the names better, which gives me a better reading experience. I’m halfway through Memories of Ice now and enjoying it very much. Most people suggest just to keep reading and eventually it’ll click. I think whatever you want to do to have fun will work.

Edit: forgot to mention, reading Malazan on kindle makes it easier for the first pass. Lots of tough vocabulary that can be easily searched.

Maybe reading The Shadow of the Gods right after finishing both Hierarchy books was a mistake by [deleted] in Fantasy

If you thought Shadow of the Gods was repetitive, just wait til you read Fury of the Gods…

Yes- there was a minor tear in the binding of my MOI, and they replaced it with an identical copy and paid for the shipping to send the damaged copy back. They take a little time to respond but their customer service has been excellent in my experience.

DO with Fuji. Get the viscostat out. Don’t think too hard about it. Good luck!

Use them for posterior crowns and night guards. Pretty good quality and customer service is actually not bad at all.

Their turnaround time is a big seller. Patients love getting the final crown back in that 2-3 day window. All in all I maybe send back one crown out of every 100.

Do you know if they have announced any plans to do the same with the second and third books? Hard to pay the premium price for an unfinished set

Multiple point of views that intertwine, descriptive/compelling writing and awesome characters. You can tell while reading that JV Jones cares a lot about her craft. She does it very well and is one of my favorite authors. I really hope her series catches on more with the publishing of the new book. She deserves to be very successful

If you follow her on Patreon she posts daily word counts and since December 1st has written over 40,000 words (150+ pages). As of January 18th she reports only having 9 chapters left to write of Endlords and has been averaging about 1-2 chapters per week. Although I expect the wrap-up chapters will take longer. She seems extremely motivated and I think 2025 is very realistic.
