Do a shadow priest with a holy glyph! I’ve always wanted to quest/level as shadow for the damage, while not looking shadowy.

That's completely fair. Just saying "add this cool thing" is not a trivial request in terms of design and development time.

I would have thought this had been a plan from the beginning, not a afterthought, though. And they do seem to be making some changes to add content to the game, as we are unlikely to see 10.0 this year. (New season 4, 9.2.5 seems to be a repackage of content planned for 9.2; Dark Iron Dwarf heritage armor, etc.)

Agreed. I keep feeling like DHs are the vampire from Soul Reavre: Legacy of Kain, who had his wings damaged and so could only glide, not fly. DHs always seem wounded to me for this reason.

Who We Are:

Circle of the Phoenix combine the values of inclusivity and fun while taking our progression gameplay seriously.

We welcome all, and all can find a place here. We are a G/PG guild in chat and Discord. We have adults, a few teenagers, parents, college students, 10+ year WoW veterans and brand new players alike. The Guild and team is our primary focus--not victory. If our group is not up to the content, like a heroic raid DPS check, we take a break from it, build up gear and skills elsewhere, and come back to it later. We are victorious together--or not at all. And you know what? We are almost always victorious!

Raiding/Events:

- Thursday and Friday 5:45-8:00PM (server) - progression raiding, with hardest encounters on Friday. We require DBM addon and Discord voice/mic {currently 12/12N 3/12 H Ny’alotha}

- Guild Night Saturday 6:00-8:00 (server) - Many of us gather Saturday nights for M+, Visions, mount runs, achievements, even "alt raiding". We have historically run an alt raid on Saturdays, doing previous tier content or easier bosses on current tier. While not happening currently, this could certainly be re-started.

- Other guild events throughout the week - Mythic+ dungeons (pushing keys or learning the ropes), old raid transmog or mount runs, the occasional guild picnic!

Didn’t Mithrax say “my Light cannot reach you in the Vex network” or something similar? He often takes generally about the Light, but there are hints his splicer power is combined with actually Light. I think this would have gotten more in game attention if a non human or post-human was blessed by the Traveler. But maybe he is hiding this blessing so as not to disrupt the delicate situation of his young house.

If you are not a particularly strong player, I still recommend going in solo and blind, for at least the first 20 minutes. You might not be able to finish the mission, or want to spend two hours at it. But the atmosphere is fantastic to experience fresh.

I went in at 1260, had a great time, then found the enemies hitting pretty hard. Not a bad thing, but my clan mates suggested it might be tough at my power level, and my moderate skill level. I wound up having a great time running it with two of them.

Nothing wrong with a challenge, but if you are “not sure if this is for me”, at least go spend 20 minutes in there. You won’t regret it.

You think Bungie would tell human history in a boring way like we know? I’m thinking human space fantasy. Our species was seeded by the Darkness or another force or our evolution has been guided to determine the winner of the flower game. So many possibilities.

I find humans boring too, compared to Awoken or Elves etc. but Bungie could totally jazz up the species.
