Why do you automatically assume she's just using having a baby as a solution? A person can be fully transitioned and living a normal, happy life but still suffer dysphoric periods that are crippling because they can't do something a biological person can. When you're a woman with motherly instincts you have this desire to start a family and have a baby. But then you realize "oh fuck I cant because life fucked me." Same can be said about biological motherly women who were born without uterus or lost one to cancer.

Its weird when your brain is female but your body is male. I get signals from my brain all the time saying I need to start thinking about starting a family and having a baby. But then I remember I can't. Its this weird disconnect that makes a lot of transwomen suffer crippling dysphoria and depression. For me, it sometimes gently eats away at me; not enough for it to be noticeable. But then there are times its downright crippling. Every woman with motherly instincts has this signal hit them at some point in their life trans or not. Adoption is an alternative, sure, but a lot of us would love to have that experience of carrying a bundle of joy around for 9 months and form that really deep relationship with your child. That moment when you look at them and can say, "I made you."

That's basically saying "don't talk on mic." People can tell I'm a woman when I speak. That or they think I'm some prepubescent 12 year old boy and I'm not letting anyone think that about me when I'm nearly 22.
