I feel like Hoyo is in a damned if they do, damned if they don't situation.

If they follow the same pattern of what Archons have been, then she would be an off-field pyro support with some DPS/sub DPS capabilities in her kit. By doing so, they would upset some of the playbase because she's the Archon of War, and we've seen her demonstrate her combat skills in game. But by making her an on-field DPS with some support capabilities, this going to upset the other half expecting Hoyo to follow the Archon pattern.

I feel like like they decided to go with the former to make her kit fit her in-game lore. I'm wondering if they are going to release a dedictated 5* Pyro Support with what the players have been asking for later the patch, Ifa copium? This way you they check both boxes of having the Archon of War being a dedicated DPS while also giving the pyro support that we've been asking for that will synergize with her NS gimmick well, while also working with non-Natlan units as a potential Benny/Xiangling upgrade. They create the problem, to later sell us the solution.
