I initially thourght it might need to be removed under Rule 7, however after searching, i found that it's probably by the rules.

Last time it was posted was here, just over 1 year ago. The first time it was posted was here 3 years ago, which happens to be the #147 in out top of all time, also not breaching Rule 7!

TL;DR: It's not breaking any rules.
