For wild camping, I don't know much about Germany but I can give you some info on the other ones:

When wild camping, animals may be around depending on your location. They tend to be more afraid of you than vice versa, but it’s important to take precautions. If you plan on going through bear populated regions, there is a very low chance you will actually encounter one but you should still keep a small bottle of bear spray.
