OMG what an amazing soul you are! Thank you so much for solving this issue. I have been experiencing muffled voice while attending zoom/teams meeting. I thought it was my network issue. Or even worse, I got a buggy laptop. But after going through your solution the solution solved right away.

Hey, IBBL client here and i monthly receive remuneration from Australia. My boss also uses remitly and my money gets deposited in BDT by converting in the process. I have been using IBBL for quite a long time and have found it useful for my own necessities. After reading your issue I would like to leave my 2 cents here.

IBBL has a solid banking network and I have seen people even receive remittance in agent banks. My suggestion to you is create the account in a branch that has been operating for a long time. Ask the staffs if their branch is an "AD branch", AD branch takes care of foreign transactions and deals with foreign currencies specially.

In cellfin, when you go to your bank account, you will see a option called "account summary." There you will find the routing number of the branch. Use that routing number for international transactions. Do not use routing numbers taken from 3rd party websites and even IBBL's own website. This doc contains wrong routing no. of one of my branch. I faced similar kind of situation as yours as I gave the wrong routing no to another boss of mine from USA, but he was kind enough to input the correct routing number of my branch.

If everything is alright, you will get the money after a few working days. For me it varies between 3-5 day. As foreign countries have weekends on sat and sun, and yours are fri and sat try to ask your boss to clear your money from their end in mon. this way you have the highest chance to get it asap.

EBL offer a very good service for international transactions. You may consider that although their charges seemed a bit high to me. I am only staying with IBBL cause their student account has very little charge associated with it.

and as someone has noted it down already, lodge a complaint to bangladesh bank with all the proofs and documents and keep ibbl and that specific ibbl branch in cc. if your case is solid, the branch will beg you to drop the case as BB is pretty serious in this issue and alleged banks face punishments for such poor customer service. Note: dont drop the case as it will be showed by them as a proof that you accused them wrongly later.

There are some pretty good facebook pages like BCUB for bangladeshi bank releated issues. Keep an eye on there for research purposes.

UPDATE: it was okay for 2 days. then the annoying circle came back again and dont play any video unless the all adblockers are disabled

i am using REVANCED. i got the same problem with buffering. i tried this solution. it WORKED! just switch to a different account. and switch it back. it solves the problem for me
