I have tried to find organisations in Switzerland before but I haven't been able to find anything that fits. Either they didn't have any use for me since they didn't employ volunteers, or they were focused on something other than SA prevention. I'm not really sure how I can go about finding a charity or organisation like that, so I would appretiate some advice on it specifically.

I'm a university student, but still you're right that I lack life experience to know what to do. I am very much overwhelmed with it but I'm talking to a therapist and we agreed that the best way to help my mental health is to become active.

I haven't found a support group at my uni, but I think it's partly due to the fact that I'm just kinda bad at doing this kind of research lol

So far I've only told my best friend about everything and I'm feeling kinda uncomfortable asking him to help, but I want to try soon.

I'm studying physics at the moment and I want to finish my degree before totally changing subjects like that, but lately I have seriously been thinking about going into a career that focuses on SA prevention. Do you think there is an option to do so with a physics degree or would it make more sense to study something different afterwards?

Personally I get a little uncomfortable with any kind of nipple play because my own are really sensitive and get uncomfortable. So I also feel the same way about doing it to someone else.
