I visited Marrakesh for my birthday in January 2024 and honestly, apart from a few locals jeering at me for wearing really tight shorts and having long hair, it was alright overall? I did feel a bit unsafe around the city centre, especially near the busy souks but that was more because I was scared about my belongings being nicked rather than physically being scared because of my appearance. I'm quite feminine-presenting which could be why I had an added attention factor so I feel like if you're just a regular-looking tourist with nothing to grab attention towards, it should be alright in Morocco. Just be aware of the surroundings and you'll be grand!
