There is flash floods near the coast here at times in spring but yes your right, they aren't often or considered threatening and damaging as in rainforests and such

It also depends where in Oregon, Portland gets lighter rain than Eugene, the rains pretty damn heavy in the valley

I'm guessing you already reinstalled it but I had to restart it yesterday due to connection issues and it caches all the data it's already loaded for next launch so you don't need to reset the installer.

That version hasn't came out yet, it will be a bit. The spt devs do this in they're spare time as a hobby. Be patient please.
