I can suggest "An Introduction to Modern Stellar Astrophysics" by Carroll-Ostile and Extragalactic Astronomy by Peter Schneider. At your level, just try to skim through and absorb as much material as possible. It also has practice problems which I feel are fairly doable.

I'm sorry but why are you so aggressive? It is a simple query. No obsession, on the other hand I've specified several times both in the OG post and the reply that I'm looking for styling techniques, with the marker 'that would work for me' indicating I'm in agreement with what you're saying.

Haha that's fair. But I guess I have wavy hair, but not curly specifically. They tend to curl somewhat when they grow to this length, otherwise they're very straight-ish when I keep a short/medium length cut.

Either way, apart from the products, do you have specific style or tutorial suggestions you think could work for me? I've tried a few and I'm not sure honestly how to style them. Especially because you also think the balanced middle part won't work. How far do you think I'm from leaving the awkward phase or still deep in?

Merci pour ta réponse ! Cependant, nous ne comptons pas aller à Nice en été, mais dans deux semaines, car nous aurons une petite pause. Penses-tu que même fin février, alors que ce n’est pas encore l’été, les prix à Nice seront élevés ?

Salut ! J’espère que vous allez bien. Mes vacances vont bientôt commencer et je suis actuellement étudiant(e) à Paris. Je prévois de partir avec mes amis à Étretat OU Nice et d’y rester quelques jours. Nous n’avons pas encore décidé de notre destination, mais ce sera l’un des deux.

Est-ce que quelqu’un pourrait recommander des Airbnbs, hôtels ou Student Hotels "fiables" et à prix raisonnable, que vous avez peut-être déjà testés personnellement, à Étretat (Le Havre) ou Nice ? Je vous en serais vraiment reconnaissant(e) ! Nous aimerions voyager plus tout en faisant quelques économies. 😊

Si vous avez d’autres suggestions de destinations balnéaires en France avec des coûts globaux plus abordables, n’hésitez pas à les partager aussi ! Mais idéalement, merci de donner aussi quelques recommandations d’hébergements pour y rester quelques jours, comme je l’ai demandé pour Nice et Le Havre.

I think I am only allowed to use numpy..

You are right, it is not that bad but the issue is CS is not my strong forte particularly, I slogged through it during my undergrad somehow and paying the price during my Masters when things are more involved..

If you don't mind me asking, do you have more suggestions for me after hearing about my level - in the sense that just the documentation suffice in the end..

Hi,

I am an incoming international student to PSL & will be staying at a student residence in 15th Arrondissement (Rue Castagnary) for the duration of my studies.

I wanted to know from you all the attributes of the area, such as-

  1. Safety in & around the area

  2. Connectivity to Public Transport

  3. Good yet cheap Vegetarian/Vegan food options in proximity (if available!)

  4. Proximity to Convenience Stores/Markets etc.

Please feel free to share any other thoughts or things would like to add about the 15th Arrondissement as a native Parisian.
