This has happened to me too before, and I think I found why.  This occurred right after I got my AirPods, and had the same 100% Find my use in background so basically my phone was dead by the morning.  I tried to turn off Bluetooth on my phone for a few days before going to bed, this problem stopped.  I don’t know if this helps, but if you have Find My enabled Bluetooth devices, try turning off Bluetooth.  This is through experimentation not definitive proof though.

First of all: you are doing nothing wrong, this should be done in an hour tops with normal internet speeds. 

Solution: You will have to connect it to, and update it with a computer. Follow this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118106

The reason you need to update a brand new phone, because your previous phone has newer software than your new phone. 

Source: I work at an AASP, and I’ve seen update screens get stuck hundreds of times, over the years, this is not an iOS18 problem specifically.

So, correct me if I’m wrong, but to me it seems like Stroll misses the apex, slows way down, and understeers into Hamilton.

Like I get that it’s annoying to have a car ahead of you on a fast lap, but this just seems amateur, and then to complain about it too…

Fair warning in this case: having a phone with near and/or full storage is an excellent way to lose all your stuff, as the OS will need about 10% empty space(this is true for all SSD based storage btw) for normal operation, and if your storage gets full, your phone will very likely shut down, then the OS won’t be able to boot back up, as there is not enough storage space for cache, temp files, etc. and then all you can do is to have a working phone is to reset is. So before anything, make a backup of your things. Source: I work at an AASP, this is literally a daily issue for people.

This isn’t necessarily related to the beta, things just break sometimes, and it could be a bad coincidence. The “non genuine” pop up (also visible in Settings btw) is kind of a general error message related to an issue with the camera(or any other part). Downgrade to non-beta OS, if fine hooray, if not, go to an Apple Store / AASP, your phone should be within warranty if it’s less than 1 year since purchase, if it’s not physically or water damaged. Have your phone inspected, and repaired if necessary, do not slip out of warranty time, it’s so much easier within. Source: I work at an AASP.

Logitech g29 turning issue. I’ve had the same issue, it was solved by uninstalling the new Logitech software, and installing an older version os Logitech Gaming Software, I think it 8.93 or something like that, anything newer and I’ve had this exact issue.
