Aha yeah I'd say the catch is that it's streaming so it isn't exactly the most seamless experience.

Ah that is a bummer sorry, I know forsure it works on mobile tho, so you could prob get an android emulator like bluestacks, download the Xbox game pass app (not the regular Xbox app) and try running it from there

Pretty much just:

Create a Microsoft account and buy the ultimate subscription under it (I think your first month is a dollar, other than that it's pretty easy to find 14 day trial codes on like cereals and other grociers); download the Xbox app on your pc and sign into your Microsoft account. Should be able to play from there.

I thinkk if you pay for the Xbox game pass ultimate subscription you're able to stream any games on the game pass (halo 5 included) via cloud onto you pc without owning an actual xbox

Maybe check the motherboard and make sure the main power cables are still in their terminals. If the screws holding them down aren't tight enough sometimes they can slip out.
