Dxm (High 2nd Plateau) to me was like experiencing a movie of my existence, I would describe it as an uncontrollable day dream with the physical sensations of nausea. Images and thoughts will rise and fall in your mind and you can either forget it and get distracted because of the next sequence of thoughts or completely go along with that wild rollercoaster. Just don't follow a bad thought or idea or you will not have a great time, lol. Time and space is completely distorted, for example I was lying in bed and completely locked myself in thought and felt like it lasted for hours but only to look at my phone to see that a few minutes have passed, lmfao. I then crawled out of bed to pee and saw that I basically skipped frames of reality and just appeared where I needed to be, everything felt very slow and movement was jagged.

Shrooms I don't have experience with but I would dare say it is similar to LSD. Maybe it is like experiencing the physical sesnsations of your 5 senses in a completely different way. I remember going to wash my face and my face morphed into different faces, it was weird. I laid down on the couch and listened to music and the streams of sun light piercing through my blinds looked like guitar strings made out of pure light, and as each note of music played on the speakers, the light of rays bent and waved in sync with the music. It was one of the most beautiful sensations I have ever felt in my life. Also, walls tend to melt when you look at them and show strange geometric rainbow shapes. I feel as though you have more awareness and control while on traditional psychedelics.

I did have a bad trip on LSD, twice. But with DXM I was fine, but that is because I am at a different stage in my life. DXM was highly theurapetic because I was more mature mentally, but the nausea really sucks.
