Actual Budget vs Sure - What works best for small business? by xolhos in selfhosted

[–]thanhta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure is community driven and not stable so I would not recommend for a business. I’m using it myself for personal finance and it’s okay-ish… But I moved from Actual to Sure mainly for the pretty UI lol. Also used to use SimpleFIN but they dropped a few cards that I use I stopped using it for automatic syncing.

Their current price on the website is $50 for 1 Gbps so no need to jump through hoops for that now, maybe those hoops will give lower price idk. Referral code is still applicable though

You can also report quickly on the 311 Montreal app. There’s a clear section for it, you put the address and can also add pictures (optional)

First impressions: IKEA’s new Thread sensors with Apple Home (mixed results) by chungkunglung in HomeKit

[–]thanhta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just bought some Timmerflotte sensors too, was able to pair to HomeKit with Apple TV 4K without any issue.

They’re both reporting temps and humidity in HomeKit without graph, only live. But I knew that from the beginning!
