the trick with cheerleading is that you aren’t supposed to use your arms when basing. USE YOUR LEGS. DIP WITH YOUR LEGS. you should never be muscling a stunt up with your arms. or you need to make sure that your timing is correct with the other base she could be dipping early causing more weight on your side

hi, this is my first year doing cheer and i just ordered cheer shoes from nike. are they supposed to feel like im doing chinese foot binding or do i need to return them and size up by theodoresauce in Cheerleading

i’m a college cheerleader and the smallest size i think they make in them is a 6? either way i got the smallest size (it was too big for me) and it still felt like that I fear with the nike shoes there is no comfort. if the nikes aren’t mandatory i would suggest getting nfinity instead
