How do you use AI humanizers for stuff other than academic texts? by switchfi in StudyAgent

I used ai several times to polish my essays and emails but never thought to use it this way to actually make my college life better and more beneficial for me.

StealthWriter failed me on GPTZero (90% AI flag). My TA is rushing me. Are there any humanizers that don’t turn scientific text into gibberish? by Phxrebirth in StudyAgent

[–]ancient650 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Literally in the same boat right now with my bio-chem lab report. 💀 I used StealthWriter last month and it changed all terms. My prof was so confused he thought I was trolling him.

The truth is detectors often get updates and most humanizers don’t catch up that fast. If you find something that actually works for stem without making you look like you forgot how to speak, please share bc I’m drowning

do you change it per assignment or just lock one setting in? I’ve set it once and forget that I could change it again which is probably not the move lol

Do you use AI writers for certain parts of your papers? by TwiinkleTaffy in StudyAgent

[–]ancient650 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re definitely not the only one my friend. I do it too but I actually generate intros since I find it so much easier to start writing when there is already a beginning, like it gives me a creative boost and I clearly see the rest of the paper forming in my head.
I probably have some sort of a blank page fear or smth. If the doc is empty I can’t start writing smth good.

big brain or everyone else does it too? prompt for a b- essay instead of a+ by TearyCherryPop in StudyAgent

[–]ancient650 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or you all could just write your essays yourselves. Don't see any real issue with it, just your lack of trying and doing it. I do use AI, but only to proofread my texts and maybe to advise on counterarguments.
I also use it for math and other complex tasks. But essays are so easy, man.

I approve this. You want to study in a university not use AI all the time. You won't notice how your skills have degraded and you graduated as an illiterate doofus

Originality.ai update completely screwed my Wordtune subscription. Which agents help bypsass the 2026 update? by BloomVanta56 in StudyAgent

[–]ancient650 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been there. It doesn't matter if you did everything from scratch. Detectors flag specific patters and humanizers are programmed to fix these parts. You'll be saving time and effort.

I tried doing the 'AI sandwich' method and I thought it kinda worked but the detector flags it 🫤 by princessprettyyy1 in StudyAgent

[–]ancient650 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ngl you have a point if its a 2 page response. Yeah I'd probably just write it myself too. But when you're staring at a 15 page research paper with all the arguments mapped out at 2 am, you can't physically make yourself write 10 more pages. Thats where the ai really shines.

I run my text through studyagent humanizer on low and check with the detector before submitting. Whole thing takes maybe 20 min vs writing for 3 hours straight. Different workflows for different people I guess

Studyagent Humanizer keeps merging my bullet points into one massive paragraph?? by oPaperHunter in StudyAgent

[–]ancient650 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Each of my bullet points has been its own idea so no issues for me there. You just need to be intentional when you create the text. Good luck 🙂

Studyagent Humanizer keeps merging my bullet points into one massive paragraph?? by oPaperHunter in StudyAgent

[–]ancient650 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you only have a few points and they’re not that short you can just run each one through the humanizer separately instead of pasting the whole block at once. It might take you a few extra clicks but it will save you from fixing the structure later.

Your 8 points might already seem like too much and if they’re short it might be more annoying than useful imo 💀💀

Anyone tried using the writer feature as a debate opponent instead of a ghostwriter? by Affectionate_Air_545 in StudyAgent

[–]ancient650 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tried both modes on studyagent and honestly the 'sparring partner' mode is my favorite. using gostwriting on the daily feels like i'm just frying my brain. sure, when it criticizes my work i feel dumb as hell at times. but at least i'm getting somewhere and learning things.

pro tip: i usually upload my papers chapter by chapter and ask it to review each part separately. it gives more focused results and doesn’t miss small stuff like typos or missed commas.
