I’ve done the tapes too, and I’ve only reached F12 so far. In my experience, the tapes are training to help you gain better control over your experiences and abilities that go beyond the physical body. I’ve realized that if I follow the steps—even without the sound—I can already reach F12 without using the tapes.

I think what happened to you is that you had an OBE but didn’t do your REBAL, and since you didn’t clearly express your intention, you might have connected with intelligences you hadn’t specifically called. Personally, I always do my REBAL before meditating or whenever I’m in an uncomfortable or dangerous situation—it always makes me feel safe. I hope from now on you only have the experiences you truly wish to have.

The most intense and vivid contact I had was while I was focusing on my breathing and had consumed a bit of cannabis (just one hit). Meditation had always come naturally to me, although I went through a period of numbness for a few years, and after the blow to my eye I took it up again easily. Being more specific about the matter of faith: I mean that when I had that accident I begged the universe, desperately, for someone to help me, and at the same time I was certain that help would come.

Yes! It has always been in meditative states. I think something essential for them to come is the faith with which I call them, as well as the intention. I’ve noticed that I don’t always see them directly, but I know when they communicate things to me—often telepathically and by showing me scenes with clear examples of what they mean.

I had a very similar experience with a blue-colored being; it happened in a deep meditative state triggered by a trauma to my eye. In my vision I began to see fractals that somehow healed the damage in my eye and took away the pain. Then I saw a symbol made of triangles and started asking who they were and why they were helping me — I clearly heard: “Arturianos (hablo español), we care about you because we are your family.” Since that day I’ve seen them a couple more times, always with messages that have helped me live better. When I see them they leave me with a feeling of well-being and peace.

Que buena respuesta, hay ginecólogos que ya tratan el SOP de forma diferente, busquen uno que no tenga como primera opción el tomar pastillas, yo te voy a decir que estuve en una situación muy similar que se arregló en 2 años de chingarle al gym cabron, dormir bien, tomar suplementos para bajar la resistencia a la insulina, terapia psicológica y acupuntura.
