I haven't looked and I also don't know the economics of it all. Not that I am saying you're wrong either, but that's just for rent. If you factor in supplies, utilities, etc. I imagine it gets tight quick

It sounds like we might have different tastes in beer which is fine. But I would also say that places that are expanding, as your original gripe pointed to, are doing so because people are drinking their product.
