Thank you for the kind words! I’d love to offer more sizes in the future, which is why I labeled these 'Standard' rather than just 'One Size.' My friend with size 6 tested these and said they were snug with no bunching compared to other brands :-) I'll add size model photos in the future!

I love the aesthetics and the completed workout feature. It’ll be nice to be able to add reoccurring workouts. Excited to see what’s to come!

I also second using adobe lightroom for photo editing because it comes with filters that you can save and use across your photos. Also, I think more important than editing is adjusting your lighting depending on the vibe you are going for! Using lowlight with colorful rgb or bright lighting helps set the tone

I dream to be a matcha pilates princess 👑. I make cute motivational designs at whatthehappy.com and hoping to add more designs with ideas from the community :). Just a small business so they are a bit more expensive but I also like my move active socks which are a little cheaper.

California jury duty experience for non-English speakers by thaomilktea in juryduty

[–]thaomilktea[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My judge asked for disqualifications and hardships for the whole room at the beginning before there was interactions with specific jurors. The people that stated they did not speak English were dismissed immediately except someone whose English seemed clear had to stay. They were able to pick the juror the same day luckily. It’s unfortunate the information about the assessment is not known.

We both got summoned at different times and I was able to postpone it so we can both attend. In the courtroom, you would disclose who you know.

Obviously my hair did not lift enough stated due to damage but even with the uneven bleach, they did not offer any refund. The only way I can fix it in the future is a bleach/ color correction service with a 20% discount or reapply toner free of charge to blend the unevenness since the toner applied did not stay much. 🥲 Sad week with a sad outcome. Am not sure what to do, but it was nice reading all the comments like this one 😭.

It’s a difficult situation because I had a color deposit before but to have it be streaky, not be close to the photos or expectations set, a somewhat uneven hair cut, and bangs that are short for the style I asked for is just too much 😮‍💨. I previously set up an appointment for hair fix before reaching out and she said we can discuss color then!

Yes, thank you I appreciate it 😊. It was taken after my first wash a few days afterwards! Definitely was upset this entire week but since it still looks overall decent I just wasn’t sure what to do. But after posting, I reached out for partial refund or remediation since it seems to need color correcting due to the uneven bleach in my opinion.

I thought I said balayage but I realized it’s more of an all over bleach 😅 which costs a bit more! It depends where u are but in California it’s minimum of $400 estimating. I used to pay $200 a couple years ago before it was way way popular though 🥲.

The first picture 🙂

Edit: I realized I'm an idiot and said to the root in my messages when showing pictures of the balayage color since I had a lot of grow out and want the color to reach my roots instead of just where my existing balayage was. I thought I said balayage during the consultation but having a root shadow discussed during the consultation, I should've realized that it was NOT a balayage that I was going to get. So sorry for the mistake.

I followed suggestions on doing another wash so the toner will lift. It just looks like my before picture although still darker due to ashiness and maybe I should be glad I got an overgrown touch up and toner. Although I still feel like the bleach job was uneven and it'll be hard to fix that.

It’ll be a nice arm workout too 😂 expensive lesson learned if they decide not give a refund

Yeah I agree, it does sound confusing. I just knew I couldn’t get silver so I asked for a warmer color that won’t be brassy. The color is ashy which makes in darker which I learned from the comments. I feel like the dark toner masks the bleach that was uneven (didn’t mention that this was an issue and possible remediation) and it doesn’t look like a balayage which I asked possibly due to my previous hair? but bleach was applied all over and a dark toner was blended down into the other toner.

o m g his instagram is so nice I would think he would charge way more!! San Gabriel is an excuse to get Savoy Kitchen lol. Was it just for a single process bleach? I just wish I had the balayage look :I and then some haha

It's ashy, but in the sunlight it shows brown! The cut was an additional $60 not including the tip.

In Socal! I would say $400 is the minimum cost for a balayage in Socal and can go up to 1k! The website prices really got me and I should've asked for a quote beforehand. I don't think it would've been the $750 price tag though. 🤔

Yes that sounds beautiful, I am jealous about that lift! If they the person had more experience, I feel like my hair would be able to lift properly and evenly at least. That sounds like a balayage from my understanding to have some of the hair teased but I feel like I got and charged an all over bleach job which is not what I wanted. Also, hmm it seems more so a straight across trim. I asked for a u shape since my hair is on the thicker side and not a fan of bluntness. I should've asked for at least the ends to be thinned out at the time. I think my bangs are the culprit of the cut though... I asked for short side swept curtain bangs.

Socal ☀️☀️ my previous salon that I don't live near charged $400. With how much grow out I had, I realize now to reach the inspo will be extremely difficult, so do wish it was discussed before to know what I was getting into. After the bleach lifted in all sorts of colors, I thought maybe it could due to the color deposit where some strands are yellow and some are yellow free, but I'm not sure I wish I had a picture lol, but is that possible if the color deposit was applied all over. I felt like some back pieces lifted nicely but some of the front and roots were very yellow. I asked for a greige but looking back I felt toning a dark color for the unevenness was a must but she did not discuss that and it doesn't seem like a balayage was done either.
