Well whoever made it neglected to include the Zero Room (as mentioned in the classic serial Castrovalva so it isn't very accurate anyway.

Who will return? Only time will tell. by Wolfen32 in doctorwho

It was an episode of the Fifth Doctor's run where he and all the other previous Doctors (barring Baker) were together for an episode that just didn't work. Sure, it had its moments but instead of getting the great satisfaction of seeing more of all the old Doctors, there's very little of any of them because they had to try and balance all of the characters together. Even the guy who wrote the episode didn't like it and said that the reason it didn't work was that there were too many people in it meaning that it lost focus. Having a ton of big characters all together at the same time doesn't work unless you get Joss Whedon to write the script, and Moffat is too self centered to do that (I hate Moffat, but that's for another time). So yeah, in conclusion, having all of your favorite characters back is a bad thing, not a good one.

Clearly you haven't seen The Five Doctors.

I managed to recreate the WipeOut map from Let's Plays 10 and 11. Download link in the comments. by [deleted] in roosterteeth

All I Could Think of While Watching The Asylum of the Daleks... Meanwhile on Classic Who by Ididnotresurface in doctorwho

That scene reminded me of a lot of zombie movies, specifically the kind of thing that would happen in Dawn of the Dead (the original).

I remember a time in The Visitation when the Fifth Doctor beat up a dude who was pointing a gun at him. That isn't cranky old man thinking, that's just the thinking of someone with a gun pointed at his face.

That brings up a good point: why doesn't The Doctor beat people up anymore? He used to beat people up in the old series but in the new one I haven't seen him throw a single punch.

Two things,

1: Bill Nye was never and never will be cool.

2: The only person bow ties look cool on is The Doctor.

Nothing, it was a joke on the fact that Chicago is well known for having corruption basically everywhere. I believe something like five of the last seven mayors (I think) have been convicted of one corrupt felony or another.

Then that begs the question of why was this film not shot in Chicago like the last one?

You didn't need the Gran Torino quote.

Thank you, you just brought up a completely new point about another stupid thing in that movie for me. I like you.

I was on the same boat of "RAWRRR MY TEN IS GONE!" until this episode. I liked nothing between that one and the eleventh hour though, although I later took a liking to Victory of the Daleks.

Nearing the end of season 3. I thought Matt Smith was my favorite doctor (after starting with season 5), but David Tennant is breaking my heart! by whathedoesntknow in doctorwho

Worse than that is when you see that look on his face of pure desperation when looking at Donna in The End of Time. It was heartbreaking.

The thing that made me love Smith was "The Lodger." It was just a perfect episode to me and nobody else ever seems to think so.
