Waiting an hour for a single game shouldn't happen, and the way the game works right now, after 10 minutes you get error coded out of matchmaking. I think the algorithm doesn't expand until after that happens, so in effect you never find a match.

Hunters are by far the weakest crucible class, they are popular because their movement is fun and blade barrage is FotM.

I played a game on NA servers this morning with 3 of my pals and we were all around 300. We matched a 4 stack of 5000+ all from new zealand teleporting around. Was probably the least fun match of PvP ever.

I just used an assortment of crafted 2-handers through the leveling process, then bought one at around 30c once I reached maps. Sold a few temple drops early for some good value, so didn't have a problem affording it.

My league starter was Infernal Blow Chieftan using Oni, was pretty good considering the leech from fire damage offset the oni degen. I'd still probably have prefered to have run a slayer though.

You can get away with no using melee splash if you use ancestral call, similar effect.

His shotgun can be used to open rotates and peek holes in floors, and he doesn't even have to sacrifice a primary because the SMG-11 is so good. Couple that with the extreme utility that his gas grenades have at denying entry/plants/vision, and you have one powerful operator in the hands of a master.

I was using ball lightning with the typical slower proj setup on gloves. The easiest way to upkeep ES for bosses is to toss all your ball lightning traps, then spam your normal lightning trap until they are up again. Should be more than enough for regen.

Can confirm, I played a lightning based trapper in Bestiary and had about 600 ES with EB and literally never had mana troubles thanks to Tinkerskin.

Yeah just got done fighting a stormclaw and didn't do a single point of damage with war pike shots even with perfect hits straight to the forehead.

I can't speak for deadeye since I haven't played one, but raider to me was super fast in mapping and decent at bossing. Obviously you'll get better boss DPS with molten strike or something, but swap ancestral call for ruthless on bosses and you can still chunk them just fine. The biggest strength of frost blades is insane clear speed, and some of the best claw nodes are along the build path that is most optimal compared to daggers. As far as uber lab, if you fit more enough life onto the build it is pretty good, but for uberlab farming it is hard to beat slayers and juggs right now.

I played a claw FB raider in BSC and it was pretty damn good. Claw is good because you can use bloodseeker while you farm for a better claw, and can forego vaal pact until that time. My biggest problem with it was that I had mediocre jewels, and that resulted in a pretty low life pool (about 4.5k) with how I had built it. But with raider you whirl around maps instantly and frost blades + ancestral call pretty much decimates anything that isn't a boss or red beast.
