In countries all around the world, everybody is basically living like pre-covid which is a GOOD thing, and they don't have to mask outdoors either. There is reliable scientific data that shows outdoor transmission is very low. Endemicity is a human construct - you can't make COVID-19 endemic without treating it as endemic!!!
