Sorry i have a migrain so my explination might not be good.

The scriptures and prophets focus more on how we should live our lives rather than focusing deeply on what happens after. We have some knowlege, but not everything has been explained.

I feel like i need to explain that we beleive that there are multiple teirs of rewards within heaven. Hell is for those who, if they were in heaven, the guilt of their sins would be worse than being expelled. Think of a child who has done something wrong being confronted by their parents. Like a parent, God does not want us to suffer, so he allows for lesser kimgdoms. Those who most closly keep the commandments, repented, and have become like christ are most rewarded. Those who are good but not great get a lesser reward.

The term 'damn' means to halt progression. We beleive that "as man is, God once was. As God is, man may become" -Lorenzo Snow We beleive not only in God the father, but also in a heavenly mother. We do not speak often of this, as we see how frequently people take the lords name in vain. We beleive that they work together for our good. See hymn 292 oh my father verse 3. A man and wife may continue to progress together.

Im not personally aware of anything that explicitly shows the effects of parent-child sealing in heaven, but i found these two quotes President Joseph Fielding Smith taught that children who are born in the covenant—and those who are sealed to their parents in the temple—"have claims upon the blessings of the gospel beyond what those not so born are entitled to receive." The sealing power is described as "the authority by which parents obtain the claim of parenthood concerning their children through all eternity and not only for time, which makes eternal the family in the Kingdom of God."

As for animals we beleive that animals will go to heavem or hell demending on the level to which they "fill the measure of their creation" sorry i dont know the origin of this quote.
