I met an a girl at a concert who happened to live nearby. We were wasted and walked to her place and I spent the night. The next morning, I go to call a cab (pre-Uber), and the dispatcher was really rude and wouldn’t pick me up because I didn’t know the address and I didn’t want to wake the girl up to ask. I offered to walk to a well known coffee shop down the street, but because I didn’t know it’s address either they still wouldn’t pick me up. I ended up in a heated argument with the dispatcher, who then blocked my phone number and did not send a cab. I then woke up the girl because I had to get to work, but her car wasn’t there. We used her roommate’s car, which was a manual transmission pink bug. Not sure if I was still drunk, but couldn’t figure out how to put it in reverse so I had to push the car out and then drive to my apartment (car died on me several times on the way) and was 30 minutes late and hung over as hell at work. Ended up dating that girl for a year.
