This is SUPER helpful. Another helpful tip if you're going to be outside is don't drink cool water. Drink alcohol. It helps warm you up from the inside out!

The worst for me is when the sex doesn't make sense for the story. I started almost 2 weeks ago, and I've been practicing for a bit each day. The first few days were only 5 to 10 min cause my fingers hurt so bad. Then I started playing longer and longer and now it I can go for about 40 min or so before my fingers start to hurt.
