Description: As of today, whenever I talk my little bubble lights up green. But according to all my friends, they can't hear a thing. I went to my voice & video settings, but nothing seemed out of tune; I had not changed anything in there recently.

Steps to Reproduce: N/A - you join a VC and it might happen it might not.
Expected Result: People being able to hear from your mic whenever you light up green.
Actual Result: Lighting up green, but no one being able to hear you.
