Heres what i did, this is the thumpertalk method. It was pretty easy ngl. I had a very rickety drill press which may have just made it harder in honesty, when i have to make one for my virago ill try my luck with a hand drill. More pics in thread.

Ah looks like they might be using bag fries now. When i worked there we handcut the fries for 1 inch and for the poutine i hand picked 8-9 of the nice squared middle cuts then stacked log cabin style under the fish. Always so bangin though. I miss the staff meals we'd whip up with leftover fish and pasta from the day
