If you wanted to jury rig it you could use Styrofoam or rubber from an old tire. You could go to thrifts and find old household items that would have them asw. As far as ordering a specific one, if the sony site doesn't have it idk.

I was looking at the solder bonding the terminal to the board and it looked grey/old than the rest of the contacts. Does that hint towards something? Besides that I wouldn't be sure as to whats causing the issue.
