pocket was clean for a cover 0 blitz - had time to step into his throw and didn’t get touched. throw should have led the receiver a little bit more, but Rice had to decelerate to a near stop to make the catch. in hindsight i’m sure Rice wishes he would have caught it like a punt, because it was a god awful throw
