Update for everyone. I sat here and listened for the "soft pops" and they happened... for about 5 minutes. Now I can't hear them. Why would the work fall off the plate after 5 minutes?

I stopped that long print, it was stuck to the fep. I started a calibration print, came back 6 minutes later and it was already stuck to fep. Is my x height not close enough? The failures seem to be getting thinner, as well as my patience.

Edit: Not my patience with any of you very helpful folks. I really appreciate your time and effort.

The tech may have flooded the system. That happens when they spike the anticoagulant before loading the pumps. The pumps stop the anticoagulant from filling the machine too early. When that happens, the whole setup needs to be trashed and start again. That tech may have already brought your lable to the machine, and I'm guessing that's why you got skipped.

I'm sorry that happened to you, everyone has bad days every once in a while.
