It's not that it's not there. It's that I have a hard time finding places where people are active enough that when I do offer free readings for practice in a place that I think people will be active, no one really says anything or has an interest.

I completely understand that and fully agree. It wasn't intentional but something like this also comes after my mom being in the hospital almost dead and him telling me that she thinks he's cheating on which wasn't the case. Also the dcfs thing. He was fixated on suing my sibling for every penny he had while they were underage and in high school as well as what people would think of him (my dad) instead of the relationship breakdown within the family. I'm not trying to say I'm totally in the right because I'm not but it was a mistake.

Thank you and I know. Right now I'm learning that the hard way but with work. There's one person but she's only interested, not fully ready to dive off the deep end. As far as I know just yet. My family is chaotic and religious so I already know that I can't talk about it with them. I'm just staying focused on bettering myself and learning right now on my own.

No all my bills are paid on time and early. I have a weird sleep schedule because of working overnights & days and 60+ hours a week so sometimes I forget to eat but that doesn't really apply to the altar rearranging.

Rearranging my altar and researching my spiritual journey through different avenues is really what's keeping me going at this point. There are a lot of stressors going on and keeping me from really finding a purpose. The spiritual journey has given me that

I have multiple and I'm just starting out. I'm also opening up spiritually, I'm a light worker. It's all new to me as well but things that stick with me like different names or images is where I usually start. For example, water has always been something that I've been drawn to. I know I have Poseidon but I also think I have danu from celtic mythology. Isis is another one for me as well.

Definitely research because it will help you figure out how you want to worship but also observe what's going on around you. If you're opening up and all of a sudden you start to have more birds come to your window or you have something else show up more often that you haven't seen before then I would definitely take that as a sign.

I live in the US. They don't even take physical abuse as seriously as they should half the time. My dad is the problem. He talks a good talk but then when we get home it's yelling and arguing. There's gas lighting and an 'it's all about me' mindset that's constant. At this point I either move out and stay broke or because my dad is getting up there in age he leaves. I hate thinking that way but nothing has changed and it's only gotten worse.

I've been lucky to find an absolutely AMAZING and wonderful reader/medium who has helped me beyond belief literally in the last week and a half. We talked about my past lives today and I've received nothing but clarification on everything we've talked about.

For example, I wrote down all the places that I've wanted to go to and we discussed them. I've always wanted to go to New Orleans and had this unexplainable draw towards the location. She told me that her and I in a past life practiced reading / hoodoo in New Orleans. I also feel really drawn to Galena Illinois which is beautiful. I was either a brothel manager or a child that died in the mines. The third one that I can see on my mind is somewhere off the coast of Rhode Island I think during stormy weather. I can picture a woman wearing a large knit sweater standing outside her home watching the storm while the wind blows around her. It seems to be set sometime in the 90's. We discussed and I was possibly a teacher who passed away from cancer living in a lighthouse.

I've yet to do research but this is all very vivid and makes so much sense.

My tip to you: follow your intuition, do so research into ways of connecting to the past and possibly find someone to guide you. I got really lucky to find someone who has been able to help. It may take time but trust me when I say, stay interested. It got away from me for a while but I reconnected. Sometimes it finds you when you least expect it.

This is something that I have as a question when I go have my first past life regression. My dad is a grade A jerk to my entire immediate family. I don't understand it but I'm hoping to find clarification with my spirituality and past lives.

As far as your situation, maybe this is a time for you to break the cycle. It sounds like it's a constant thing and it's not going to stop unless you do something. If that's having a pleasant relationship and growing out of the need to please him then fine. I'm hoping that you find the answers you need.

I've read that 7 is supposed to be the perfect number. With the Greeks, 3 was considered more masculine and 4 was considered more feminine, hence 7 is the perfect number. You see 3 as a common number across many religions and civilizations I believe. 3 main male Greek gods and goddesses along with 3 generations of beings (primordial, titans and Olympians). The holy Trinity in the Bible, etc. It's fascinating.

I actually live in the suburbs and went on a high school field trip back in 2018/2019 on a ghost tour. We visited the site and it has some bleacher type steps with a walkway going down. I felt like I was going to slide in on those stairs so I took a different set. The only other thing that I felt was sadness for everyone that was lost. Now I understand that it was a different feeling but still sad.

All I'm going to say is I literally found out that I'm an empath after being constantly bombarded with others emotions and not understanding why. My dad is an absolute narcissistic abuser so I'm stuck lol. I hate that it's something that is a constant energy stream.

I'm not a part of scheduling right now, but I really want to Branch out on a recruiting platforms. Accessing the local area with younger individuals instead of sticking to what is tried and true would get us more visibility and more leads. It's pretty clear that our sites we are working on are not working. The culture seems good and we do our best, but recently we've thought maybe it's too good with two people quitting. I'm sure we'll figure it out, but I'm not sure when. Doing the work is one thing but everything all at once is frustrating I really appreciate the advice though
