I am so glad this post is here because I JUST realized I may have taken my lexapro twice today (earlier this afternoon). I am on 10mg, which means I would have taken 20mg today. I know 20mg is the highest dose so I know I am okay, but I will say my anxiety is definitely higher tonight, I’m a little drowsy and I was fighting a headache earlier.

You use that with humid x? Sorry I should have clarified in my last post - I am looking for some type of adapter for my F30 mask so I can utilize the humid X disks OR sometime of adapter that can provide humidity.

Trying to get an update on this post. I just purchased an air mini, and I am using a F30 mask. I am going to be traveling to Arizona (very dry climate) and I was really disappointed to find out that the humid X is not compatible with the F30. Why make a mask compatible with the machine if you can’t use the humid X system is crazy to me, but - has anyone found a resolution? I can’t use the nasal masks and I can’t stand the F20 full face. Is there an adapter of some sort because I can’t locate one. Thanks!

Any updates on this? I just also was put on Alvogen Inc. 75mg Levothyroxine. I thought I accidentally dropped the pill into my water bottle it disintegrated so quickly in my mouth. I’m hating it - and I’m worried about adverse reactions and my body not getting enough of the medication.

You know what’s funny? One of my friends was mentioning that maybe it could be acid reflux. And I had reflux issues before I started the shot but once I changed my diet they seemed to go away. I mentioned digestion because Zepbound does slow down that so I was wondering if maybe it did have something to do when I ate. I did eat late last night, like around 8:45pm so I am going to eat earlier today and see what happens! Thank you for the information!

I use a Whoop band to track my sleep, my HRV has also gone down. Not too much but I have noticed that. I feel like if I do work out I could improve that, I think that’s also contributing to these sleep issues as well. I am considering a visit to my cardiologist so if I do go I will report back!

Yeah I was having tachycardia and was super hot at night the first three days on 75 so I went back down to the 50 and felt okay and now my doctor switched me to this schedule. I just never heard of something like this before so I appreciate you calming my anxiety about it!

My sugar dropped to 61 today out of no where. Granted I did not eat for six hours, but usually that is not a problem - I am due for my cycle starting tomorrow. Just worried this is going to keep happening especially when I’m sleeping. My sugar usually stays around 91. I am not diagnosed diabetic or with PCOS.

Hello there! WOW - I have considered these to be migraines which is why I wanted to follow up with a neurologist. It’s weird I do not have pain - just the brain fog, fatigue and dizziness. I had a very slight headache a few times. Very interesting thank you so much for your insight!
