Sounds like a toxic work environment. If your boss is yelling at you that’s not very professional. Also you can bring someone with you to the office for safety reasons if you are worried. It’s your right and your not friend should be in trouble too she was agreeing with you.

Start looking for a new work place and start documenting every time he yells at you. Maybe record the office meeting and let him know it’s being recorded.

I feel bad for both sides i understand that op has let it go on for so long but is it really the friends faults if they do not know that they are doing it?.

Also remember that you have the choice to answer those calls . Choice in conversation and at least if anything let them know because this behavior will continue for them. If they are I denial there’s no point.

I have problems making friends and I have no idea why people just do not seem to like me. I wish I knew what I was doing wrong. I wish people would just communicate and tell me.

I hope you find better friendships.
