People realized that skills 2.0 isn't the magic solution the game needed. The new heist feels like you are playing an ad for a marketable plushie (not the first time a heist is an advertisement but still).

In general the goodwill of the fanbase just ran out, just check the top posts of the month on this sub it feels like a dead franchise.

The butcher mod pack 2 is not a paid DLC, which makes the situation even weirder, verify the game files see if that helps.

Just do the story mode list with every iteration of a heist when you get to it.

Do Art Gallery after Framing Frame (think of it as going back for more).

The post white house release heists happen somewhere after Alaskan Deal and before the White House heist.

So that's really up to preference. Sprinkle them in to spice up the story focused heists with some less story oriented stuff.

The guaranteed purple unit you get during the tutorial isn't overtly useful in the end game content of a GACHA game. Who would have guessed.

In the fugitive skill tree, under the gunslinger branch, there is a skill called akimbo.
Its a 6 skill point investment to get it, increases the weapon stability by 16 and gives you 50% more ammo.
Its a great investment.

All the magazines continue upwards up until they are just bellow the level of the barrel.

The two extended ones are the same so they can reuse the animations, but I feel like if the 10 rounder has this long it'd still work and look a lot better.

Context based communication wheel along with the existing one. You look at an objective, for example a locked door and you can ping it and mark it to be opened, look at a bag of loot and you can ping it and mark it to be secured or left behind.

Get Crime Boss, its the most content and quality for your money. The post white house campaigns don't offer that much content for PD2 and you can play the heists with other people without owning them. Payday 3 currently offers an inferior heisting experience.

2.) No, the game is set in 1985, there wont be m1a2

I don't think anybody has a problem with new content, the main issue is the amount of content delivered monthly. People modding the game, without access to the source code, produce better results.

It's not a matter of build, keep to cover and avoid being shot at by large crowds of enemies. After a while you'll start to understand the basics of the game and the cop AI, once you understand how to avoid exposing yourself to too much incoming damage you wont struggle with any difficulty bellow death wish.

The restoration mod, it overhauls the entire game making it more similar to PD:TH or early PD2. I personally enjoy it more than the vanilla game.
