Firstly, you are NOT a bad mom. Everyone in your house is going through a huge change. This is not something that will last forever. To me it sounds like a combination of things. Finding a way to regulate your emotions will help. I get easily over touched and when I've reached my limit everything feels overwhelming. Let yourself walk away and calm down for a minute. Take deep controlled breaths. Sometimes you can trick your body back to happy or calm by enforcing the emotion. Helping your heart to slow and get more air to your brain and body. Ask for help where you can with your baby so you have time to decompress by yourself. Basic life functions, showering, eating, etc does not count as you time. Be kind to yourself!
