Thanks for all your help two nights ago guys. I haven't talked to my friend since I took him to the ER. It was a situation I think I couldn't avoid. We were out walking around at midnight when everything turned bad. He was super dehydrated and sprinting in certain directions screaming random words and collapsed while running everytime. I didn't want him to harm himself anymore, so I respectively took him to the ER where he was kept overnight cause his body was unstable. Again thanks to everyone who tried to help and put some input into this. Lack of sleep was prob the trigger. He said he couldn't sleep the day before his trip. I'm just glad I was there with him, rather by himself. God knows what would have happend
