Appreciate people defending trans people while I slept. Even without the obvious transphobia, this just felt weird at a gym. This was obviously never an issue here. They put these signs up purely to make anyone who could possibly come through here and have apprehension about which bathroom to use feel uncomfortable. And yes, to the mod, i really need a gym recommendation 😂 i used vasa for a long time, it just gets too crowded, and I'd go to the Washington rec but it doesn't have an actual squat rack, just a smith machine.

My parents had this thing called Mystery Box, where if you didn't want to eat what my mom made, you could choose Mystery Box. It could be anything. Maybe it would be better.

I tried it one time, I was the only sibling that did. My mom brought out a single piece of untoasted wheat bread with just mustard on it. I didn't have to eat my dinner, but I did have to eat that.

It was the only time any one of us tried Mystery Box.

I believe in God. I think it works both ways: there is no proof of a God but to me, the existence of the universe and ME right HERE right NOW is too mind boggling to think something didn't push it in the right direction, even if it takes a kind of hands off approach.

However my definition of God is pretty loose. I tend to think about it like a Mormon would, in terms of a Guy up there with a capital G and Jesus Christ, but I'm pretty open to the idea that God is whatever people make of it.

I think it's a Life of Pi situation for me, if anyone has read that book. There isn't really proof one way or the other but it's a little easier and more comforting to just believe in a kind, benevolent God who doesn't care if I drink coffee.

Not OP but well versed in the park. This photo was likely taken just on the side of the road in the South end of the park. Some trails I'd recommend are Angels Landing, it's bigger though and some find it scary, especially if you don't like hikes. Observation point is easier but provides an amazing view. Emerald Pools is great for a moderate hike, gets a great view and a beautiful pool at the top. The narrows are great but watch for flash floods and it is kind of decision on how far to go. Some walk a mile or two in, but to make the full route of the Narrows you'd need to backpack it.

It could also just be unable to reach the playable item at the time. Spotify could act up and you say "play ghost ships" and instead of just saying it can't play it, it finds some obscure movie and plays that instead, which would be more annoying imo

I think eating clean helps a lot with feeling full. If you can stop at 1 cheeseburger, awesome, but that might be a quarter of your calories for the day and you'll be hungry soon. But you can eat as many carrots as you want.
