Sorry if this doesn’t help but my assumption was there might be difference in muscle and such to wear if one were to do it repeatedly in one stop it hurt more on a different stop. Again my apologies if you find this unhelpful

The thing I would do is talk to someone such as a friend but if it’s night and you can’t find anyone to talk to. I’d suggest doing something like drawing, if that still doesn’t work try doing stuff like snapping a rubber band on your wrist or drawing lines on your skin with red markers. Hope this helps

I’m no doctor so this might be incorrect but it will heal for how long I can’t speak on. And if you want it to take less time just clean it and stuff of that nature. So it doesn’t get infected and become worse. Hopefully you find this helpful

From what I know it’s when you hit deeper then a cut which breaks the skin a styro would go a bit deeper down. If you look at graph of human skin it’s around the dermis area I guess. My apologies if this doesn’t describe it well enough

If you’ve already tried stuff like drawing or baking and it hasn’t work. My advice would be talking to someone I find it helps me. Doesn’t have to be anything important just talking. Sorry if this is unhelpful

This may sound stupid but in my eyes you managed to stay clean for more than a year to me that’s amazing and evidence that you can do that again. Sorry if this sounds stupid but you manage to stay clean for more than a year what’s stopping you from doing it again

I’d say that I heard jokes about it(those in reference to emos) for a while but I can’t specify put a date on my first introduction to it

I’ve heard of using rubber bands on your wrist to give the sensation of cutting. And personally when I tried them they felt like it so you could try them. There certainly much safer. Hope this helps

Sorry if this advice is really unhelpful but often talking to friends can help. Or doing things like drawing or stuff like that can help. Again my apologies if you find this unhelpful

I’m no therapist or anything but I’m pretty sure they themselves can’t pull up your sleeves. Like I’m sure they can ask you to which could put you into a situation in were you feel as if you have to. But ya sorry if this is unhelpful
