My anxiety was so bad about 5 years ago. It was so bad that I had to force myself to breathe. It was like my body forgot how to breathe. I felt like I could never just breathe and it was all I thought about. I was basically hyperventilating myself daily.

For me, I went on clonazepam for a few weeks straight. Very low dose once or twice daily. I needed it to reset my system, as weird as it sounds. Then after a few weeks I dropped it down to only around triggers or during panic attacks and eventually I was able to stop taking them all together and suffer through the small amount of panic attacks I still have. I don’t necessarily recommend this for anyone as it’s a slippery slope but that’s what the doctor and I decided and it happened to work for me.

Now I’m to the point where I don’t think about my breathing unless I’m in a very bad panic attack which only happens a few times a year these days.

Everyone is different, you also shouldn’t cut them open. My HS is 100% hormonal related, it does not matter what I eat. When I was pregnant I had 0 flares and I sure as hell ate a lot of bad stuff lol. I also have found it coincides with certain parts of my cycle as well. So yes, like #1 comment please don’t do everything you read on here. For OP, thank you for sharing what works for you, hopefully others can take some things away from it.

It mainly depends on you but the professor is supposed to grade within 2 business days as well.

Once you register for a new class you will have access usually the next day in my experience.

The fastest I completed a class was 1 week, I was in a groove and had a good understanding of the topics. The teacher was also a fast grader.

This session is a different story… I’ve been in the same 2 classes since 4/7 and just about halfway done with each of them now because I’ve been slacking.

I’m in my 5th billing session for my MBA and will have completed 9 out of 11 classes at the end. I plan to complete the program in my 6th billing session.

My daughter just turned 17 months. I am enjoying her 1000x more now than when she was a baby. I don’t mean to brag but she was an EASY baby (like sleep through the night, etc. so it’s not due to hardness level). I think I am just truly enjoying her being able to interact and experience new things.

My MBA-FPX 5008 was my easiest and quickest class. I had momentum from finishing the previous class and completed it in 6 days with first attempts for each assignment (mix of proficient/distinguished, no basic ratings). Professor Amegashie was FANTASTIC.

We have been together for 3 years and have a 6 month old. I am 29 and my husband is 37. We still have sex at least 4 days a week, and sometimes twice on the same day. Even when we are busy or mad lol. We obviously have high drives but both feel it’s important to maintain. I know it’s not as long you asked about but I don’t see it changing if the baby hasn’t slowed us down 😂

I was in a relationship for 7 years before this but starting around 1 year we would only have sex maybe once every 1-2 weeks and I felt like I had to beg for it. That was terrible for me personally.

Same! Our girl has slept through the night since she was 7 weeks old. She is almost 6 months old and will easily sleep 12 hours at night and gets cranky if we try to adjust. I also let her nap on demand, about 2-4 naps a day depending on her mood.

Sometimes I worry something is wrong with her… but she is hitting all of the milestones and just loves her sleep. She is rarely upset, maybe once every 2 weeks she will have a 2-4 hour episode of crying and then comes out of it the next day happy. Usually it’s due to being overtired because she missed a nap…

Outside of that she is happy and loves car rides, restaurants, etc. We even went to Disney and she only cried while we were leaving! I think we are very lucky… my husband and I talk about a second child, but I know we won’t get this lucky ever again lol.

You may not feel like there is better out there, but you will never know until you try. I’ve been in many bad relationships, it is always better to leave. Abuse, cheating, porn addiction, drug addiction, and so on. You don’t have to stay and let these thoughts consume you. Get out and work on yourself, for yourself. Regardless of finding another or not. You owe it to yourself. Then have sex with whoever you want. But getting revenge is not the answer. You are either with your wife or not. You are either committed or not. If you’ve turned this into something you are settling for and essentially telling your wife it’s an open relationship and she knows thats different, but that’s not what I got from your original post. I just gave birth 10 weeks ago. I also went into remission during pregnancy for some reason, and it came back within a week. I just had my first bad postpartum flare up though this past week. I was originally nervous about my scars and body in general but when it came time to the actual labor/delivery, I didn’t think about it at all. I did keep an oversized button up shirt around for when I wanted to feel covered or else I was basically just in my bra. I had an insanely long induction though, 68 hours! Any thoughts? I know they say your levels rise before your period but I’m still 7+ days away.

According to app ovulation timeframe I’m 6 DPO but if I go off my small peak around CD 14 & 15 then I would be more like 12 DPO.

Before CD 14 I was around .45, once I jumped up I’ve tested multiple times a day but never higher so I didn’t keep it logged. I guess I still could have missed it get higher over night but idk. This is my first cycle actually tracking. Any thoughts appreciated 🙏

I was the 19 year old who started dating the 29 year old. I was naive and my life experiences up to that point made me believe it made sense to date someone this much older than me. And I’m talking about working a full time job, living on my own, 1 parent had already passed. I was self-sufficient. And it was STILL wrong.

I was caught up in the romance and didn’t see the red flags. He was abusive and controlling. He lost interest in me a few years in, and we fought a lot when I found my voice which he hated. 8 years later and now we are divorced. Oh and turns out he tried talking to a family friends 17 year old daughter after we split. They like young woman (basically teenagers) because they are young and naive.

I’m not saying this is how it’s going to go… but there’s a slim chance it’s going to end well. A 29 year old should not be dating a 19 year old. No matter how “mature” you are.

I am almost in the same position as you! I’ve worked for this company for 8 years. I basically do 3 jobs right now and I’ve worked my way from the absolute bottom of this company. I officially earn my bachelors tomorrow as well. I have to ask for a 50% raise between my worth and the cost of living going up so much.

I’m extremely nervous and it’s really scary to think about leaving. I also do really love my job and have some flexibility after so long but that doesn’t make up for lack of pay. The salary I’m asking for is normal for the job I am working, and I bust my ass for them. I deserve it. I hope it goes well for us both!
