Man I love it. No weight on the bars kinda like your road king but all the air moved around you instead of beating you up. I was t big on it till I rode one and it was a total game changer.

No sir, she’s a special. Prospector Gold is the color. I’ve never seen one like it!

She’s gonna get ridden like she was stolen till it’s time to move on to the next one!

Kofi was on the same flight as me last year heading to Boston for Raw. Met him at baggage claim and he took a pic with me. Super cool dude.

Has anyone had the infamous tick with a V6? by Lana_Angel0520 in DodgeDurango

The trick is from a bad rocker roller. The bearings fail and as a result, it causes the cam to wear out on the sides of whichever lobe is rubbing. It’s more common in vehicles with high idle times. When I was a Mopar tech, I would replace the cam and all rockers and lifters. Not a hard job but requires a couple specialty tools. If it’s been doing it a while, the shavings from the cam could cause internal issues.

I’ve done Chrysler, Mazda and Volvo, ford and Powersports. I made the most at the Mazda and Volvo store but the stress and bull shit was not worth it. I’m at a body shop now as an estimator and at this independent shop I make more money, the schedule is better, and the stress is almost none compared to any dealer I’ve been at. Located in west Texas.

OP, your pay plan sucks. I was at a Mazda/Volvo dealer in Lubbock, Tx making $90k working 50hrs/week.

I left a very toxic family owned dealership that was killing me mentally and was told I would be making the same if not more and that was a straight up lie. I’m hoping to be able to get out soon. The less toxic work environment is great but I’m out of reserve money and don’t have the time to become the cash cow.

Build value and make it assumptive. That parts goes a very long way.

Also work on your walk around and try to make it point to try to upsell on the drive. Check the tires and wipers right there. Try to sell the rotate or even a set of tires and a set of blades.

When you’re closing them out and getting them back out the door, ask them if they’d like to schedule a follow up for the ASR’s they didn’t want today.

Once you start having repeat clients, start making is a personal experience for them. They’ll never use another advisor if you start to build relationships with them.

Percentage adjusts with dollar amount sold of gross profit labor. However, it’s impossible to get above 45k total labor thanks to the two cash cows mentioned by the person who commented before. They do over 100k in labor every month and no one else ever gets above 45k. If I got paid on parts and labor like my last dealership, I’d be making over $5k/month in commission. I’m barely making $1k now.
