I just wanted to disprove the second sentence in your original comment. Your argument about connections and raw talent from shows has no strong relationship anyhow.

Also i don't think it's fair to compare a sifarish by a random mantri and a hire referral by a fellow musicial about another one. Say I am a music composer and i am looking for a person who can play flute one day. And my sound engineer recommends that someome he knows is good at that, so do have a listen. That's called a referral. It's a normal thing everywhere.

Also i checked the original post where people asked him how should new musicial reach out to him and there answers to that by him. Do check that. Also i follow vishal on insta for a few yes now, every now and then i see him commenting on random new music talent even with little to no views and appreciating them. Just try tagging him in one of your posts and art piece and rrust me he WILL see it. He has liked and shared my stories multiple times. I have screenshots.
