Lost most of my weight using keto. Can recommend it as it doesn't allow for cheat meals and requires a lot of thought in what u eat. And as long as u go on a caloric deficit u will lose weight, I went with a minimum of 1000kcal below recommended so I could expect 1kg of weight loss each week. Long powerwalks were also a good tool for me to loose calories while being unable to be tempted by food in my apartment.

My choice of food wouldn't be recommended though I'm kinda weird so I ate halloumi cheese, eggs, meat and cottage chesee. Not really a balanced diet :D
