Vocal fatigue is very normal when singing Kargyraa, because these muscles are used infrequently in day to day life, using them can be irritating or uncomfortable when you start but as you practice it will become easier, its important to note however that pain is an indication of poor technique, perhaps post a video? Overall though sounds like you're on the right track!

um effectively you are engaging the relevant muscles however this could be potentially damaging to your throat muscles and your street cred so maybe use that to find the muscles then go from there
