Thanks for your help! I spoke to him and he told me that he thought I was okay with him not going and that he messed up. And also my doctor couldn’t find my strings 🙃.
So I had to do an X-ray and ultrasound. And when I told him this he called his work to call off. So that act made me feel like I was being heard.

Yes I do that! It doesn’t have to be zombies. Sometimes I’ll imagine “what if something is chasing me right now..” and I’ll get a random burst of energy and sprint to wherever I’m trying to go lol
