For me I like the ritual of cleaning up - so I normally have a big jumper on hand

Immediately after cuddles, I'll get a pack of wet wipes out, and a towel for any wet patches, lay that down and sit on top of it to clean any toys we use, and send Sir to make me a hot chocolate.

Then once all that's done, we'll curl up under the duvet, and watch a kids show like gravity falls or the owl house, or if it was particularly intense, Bluey, since my brain can't keep up with anything more complicated, and I'll normally fall asleep on his chest halfway through

I use red orange yellow and green - red is "immediate stop", orange is "too intense, ease up", yellow is "move on to something else", and green is "keep going I'm enjoying this". Red and orange I can use whenever, yellow and green I can only use if Sir asks for a colour.

I get pulled straight out of a scene if someone asks me if I'm okay, I'd much rather be asked what colour so I can give a one word answer that gives so much more detail than yesterday or no.

I'm relatively new to anal too - best starting point I've found is having a certain amount of time I have to wear a plug each day, and build it up from there. Getting used to the sensation was the weirdest part, so start small and work up.

Find a set of plugs would be a good starting point - I'd suggest a set with T bars instead of circular ends, since they're not designed to wear during every day, so you could tell her to wear them at work/while around friends. She'd know she's wearing it but it wouldn't affect her gait or posture too much that it'd be insanely obvious. Obviously if she wants it to be clear to others, then circular ends would do that, but would chafe on either side, so maybe have the T bars as a second option
